Refund Policy

Eon Education is a brand of Tokencraft Studios LLP ("we", "us"). This policy applies to eoneducation.com, lp.eoneducation.com, and the services offered under the Eon Education brand. Last updated 3 November 2026.

Free tests

Free tests involve no payment, so no refund applies.

Mock test packs

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not started any paper in the pack. Once a paper has been attempted, the pack is non-refundable.

Live online classes

You may cancel before the first session for a full refund. After classes begin, you may request a refund for sessions not yet held, calculated pro rata. Sessions missed by the student without 24 hours' notice are not refunded. If we cancel a session and cannot reschedule it, that session is refunded.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you are charged twice or charged for a failed transaction, we refund the extra amount in full after verification.

How to request a refund

Email support@eoneducation.com with your name, registered phone or email, payment reference, and reason. We respond within 2 business days.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to credit the amount.

Shipping

All our services are delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.
