Eon Education is a brand of Tokencraft Studios LLP ("we", "us"). This policy applies to eoneducation.com, lp.eoneducation.com, and the services offered under the Eon Education brand. Last updated 3 November 2026.

Information we collect

Name, email, phone number, class or grade, exam or subject of interest, parent or guardian details for students under 18, test responses and scores, and basic device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking details. Razorpay handles payment data under its own privacy policy and applicable RBI and PCI-DSS requirements. We receive only the transaction reference, amount, and status.

How we use information

To provide free tests, mock test packs, and live online classes; to send results, schedules, and receipts; to respond to enquiries; to improve our content; and to meet legal obligations. We contact you about our services only where you have asked us to or where the law allows, and you may opt out at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the service (hosting, payments, email and messaging, analytics), with teachers assigned to your class, or where required by law.

Children

Many of our learners are minors. We expect a parent or guardian to provide or consent to the information submitted for a student under 18.

Storage and security

We use reasonable security practices consistent with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to us at the email below.
