What we collect
When you start a free test or request a class, the form asks for details such as your name, phone number, email, class or exam, and the paper you chose. The practice site may also note a broad location, such as a state in India, so the follow-up matches where the student is studying.
Why we use it
- To open the free test or assign the paper you selected.
- To reply about a mock test pack or a live online class.
- To keep a record of the request so the same student is not asked to start from zero.
Who sees it
Eon Education staff and the teachers or counsellors handling that request. We use service providers that host the site and store form submissions so the request can be fulfilled. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and test details for as long as we need them to deliver the practice or class you asked for, and for a reasonable period afterwards to answer a follow-up. You can ask us to delete a record by emailing support@eoneducation.com.
Cookies
The marketing site is mostly static. The practice site may store what it needs to remember your form and paper during a visit. You can control cookies in your browser.
